Ticket office
I have just been on the phone trying to get my 3 season tickets for the cup game. When I first got through, I was caller no 5 with a 25 minute expected wait. 2 Hours 11 minutes later I have just put the phone down having given up. I could only get my ticket online not the kids.
What’s it going to be like with the extra 10k.

Buster

Samantha is the new Ticketing Team Manager which may be below Nicola (now I've googled)... she's new. She was very efficient and since she's been there the response from the TIcket Office has certainly been better for me.

Re: Ticket office
All well and good saying "just book them online" but why have the phone service at all if it clearly isn't an option to book tickets with them?

Oh don't bothere emailing them either, as any issues I've had in the past get no response either.

Nicola Keye runs the ticket office and she's fucking awful. Was actually better back when OTB's mate ran it and it was pretty bad back then.

It will put the tickets in your basket, then takes an age to give you confirmation. Stick with it though, as it gets there in the end.

Re: Ticket office
It has been awfully run for a very long time. However, it's improved a lot in my experience since a new ticket office manager, a woman called Sam, took over.

She seemed a little frustrated at some of her own staff not doing what they were supposed to do and went out of her way to sort out a season ticket move personally. And the responses to emails have improved a lot since she started.

Re: Ticket office
This is nothing to do with the demand and everything to do with the TO being terribly run since that genius businesswoman Brady took over.

Re: Ticket office
Yep what dave said, I had exactly the same trouble with one of my kids tickets & it turned out the problem was not having an email address registered to that account (so I couldn’t send/receive email to authorise myself to manage it) got TO to add one to that number on the phone & all sorted..

Re: Ticket office
Slim,
You need to manage your kids tickets on your account. If they haven't registered set them up. Link them to you so you can manage their tickets. Whatever email account you have set up for your kids will get an email that will ask to confirm your request to manage their tickets. Simple!
Btw. Your tickets may have gone now
